Warrants Division
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division is responsible for serving criminal warrants and arresting fugitives. Any warrant that comes to the Sheriff's Office from the District, County, or even Justice of the Peace Precincts can be handled by the Deputies within the division. They are also able to assist other agencies/entities in locating and apprehending out of county or out of state warrants. As approved by the Sheriff, the Warrants Division may also be attached to the various Task Forces within the region, specifically targeting fugitives and crimes within Tom Green County.
Regular office hours for the Division are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, although the Deputies work various shifts.
If have information on the whereabouts of a subject that has a warrant, the Warrants Division can be reached by calling 325-655-8111 and asking to speak with a Warrants Deputy. You can also go to the "Submit a Crime Tip" on this website and the information will be passed along anonymously if you wish.
-If you believe you have a traffic or class "C" warrants that you would like to clear up yourself, please contact the Justice of the Peace Precinct listed on the original citation.
-If you have any warrants through the City of San Angelo that you would like to address, please contact them directly.
-Transport and/or extradition back to Tom Green County of people arrested elsewhere are conducted by the Transportation Division at the jail.
