TGSO SEEKS ASSISTANCE IN FINDING SUSPECT
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance in locating a suspect involved in a short pursuit on Thursday, October 31, 2024.
On that date, a Tom Green County Patrol deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle believed to be stolen out of Johnson County. The suspect vehicle fled for a short distance before coming to a stop around the 400 block of West 3rd Street. The driver of the suspect vehicle fled the traffic stop on foot while the Deputy secured three passengers in the vehicle while back up arrived.
After speaking with the passengers, it was learned the driver of the vehicle was Landon Beatty, 30 YOA, of San Angelo. Deputies searched for Beatty but were unable to locate him at that time or over the following days. Tom Green County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating Beatty who has an active warrant W-337-24 for Evad Arrest/Detention w/vehicle w/previous conviction.
