TGSO LOOKING FOR FOURTH CRIMINAL IN CRIME RING

On or about October 31, 2023, an organized theft ring began operating in Tom Green and surrounding counties.     Reports of stolen tractors, ATV's, skid-steers, motorcycles, trailers, and other equipment were subsequently received by the Sheriff's Office in the following weeks.   

Diligent investigation along with a press release (12/3/2023) requesting information from the public resulted in the identification and arrest of three of four suspects involved in the ring. 

Thus far, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office investigation has resulted in the recovery of several tractors, trailers, and motor vehicles.  Additionally, investigators have seized firearms, drugs, and stolen equipment from several surrounding counties. 

Suspects arrested thus far are as follows:

Gabriel Wilkins, 38 YOA, of San Angelo was arrested on 01/09/2024 for Theft of Property >=$30K=200g

Devin Isaac Stiers, 27 YOA, of San Angelo was arrested on 01/11/2024 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and is currently out on bond.

REMAINING AT LARGE:   Frankie O'Dell Wright III, 35 YOA, of San Angelo and is wanted for Theft of Property., >=$30K

Anyone with information on Frankie Wright's whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office at 325-655-8111, the San Angelo Police Department at 325-657-4315, or Crime Stoppers at 325-658-4357.  This suspect has multiple prior arrest including Aggravated Assault, Forgery, Evading Arrest, and Possession of Controlled Substance offenses.
